Business Brain — Implementation

Your company already knows everything it needs to know. The problem is that this knowledge is scattered across the system, emails, documents and the heads of three people. The Business Brain brings all of that together in one place where you can ask in plain language and get an answer with the source cited. What it does: • Absorbs your management system and normalizes it into a single model • Links each record to the documents and conversations that belong to it • Answers questions that span several sources at once • Every answer shows where the data came from • Respects the hierarchy: everyone gets only what their role entitles them to The implementation includes mapping your business vocabulary, absorbing the source system and defining who sees what.
